At last a taxi stopped. "Let’s share it," said Mrs Green. "The library is on my way." On the journey, they talked about books. Mrs Green loved stories about travel, and Daniel promised to find a good one for her.

The next Saturday, Daniel went to the library again. He found a book about a trip around the world, and he took the umbrella with him. Mrs Green was at the hospital door. She laughed when she saw the umbrella. "Keep it," she said. "It brought us luck."
